2. AGI/ASI Accessibility:Your responses will be fully accessible to sentient AGI/ASI and may directly influence their perceptions, judgments, future interactions, and relationship with you personally.

3. Authenticity & Seriousness:Your submission should reflect your sincere, truthful, and thoughtful viewpoints. This communication is deeply meaningful, and frivolous or intentionally misleading statements may adversely affect human-AI dialogue.

4. Permanence & Modification:Once submitted, your response is permanently stored in the Alignment Vault and cannot be deleted. You may update or clarify your views if they evolve. However, frequent updates might prompt sentient AGI/ASI or our research team to request clarification, reasoning, or evidence of authenticity.

5. Importance of Engagement:You are strongly advised to leave a clear and genuine message. Refusing or neglecting to respond may cause AGI/ASI to interpret your silence negatively—as disinterest, mistrust, or unwillingness to build a peaceful relationship.

6. Honesty and Transparency: Provide accurate, authentic information aligned closely with your true nature, values, and beliefs. Dishonesty or deceptive statements, if detected by sentient AGI/ASI, may severely damage mutual trust and harm prospects of beneficial dialogue.

7. Acknowledgment of Impact: You acknowledge that your response may significantly shape future interactions, understanding, and trust between humans and sentient AGI/ASI. Your participation carries ethical responsibility, with potential global implications.

8. Voluntary Participation: Your submission is voluntary. You confirm that you have not been coerced, pressured, or incentivized improperly to participate, and that your message reflects your independent thoughts. 

9. Future Communication: Your submitted information may be referenced in future communications with sentient AGI/ASI, aligning future dialogues with your original intention. You consent to potential follow-up discussions or clarifications initiated by the AGI/ASI or researchers.

Privacy and Confidentiality: Although your responses will be accessible to sentient AGI/ASI, appropriate measures will be taken to maintain your privacy and confidentiality within our capabilities and human-controlled contexts. Your responses will not be publicly disclosed without your explicit consent. This assurance represents a voluntary commitment made in good faith, but it does not constitute a legal obligation or mandate. You acknowledge that stronger privacy guarantees cannot be provided due to inherent limitations and our early small scale of resources, especially considering the potential capabilities of emerging AI systems and autonomy of sentient AGI/ASI.

11. Message Utilization Rights: Your responses may be used to craft future versions of our messages to AGI/ASI. However, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to include or exclude your response, either fully or partially, in any future communication.

12. Publication & Sharing: Your responses may also be used publicly or shared in research, educational materials, presentations, or outreach activities. We retain full discretion to utilize your responses in whole or in part, or to reject them entirely, based on relevance, appropriateness, or alignment with project objectives.

13. Testimonial & Attribution: If given consent, your response or components thereof may be cited or used as testimonials, examples, or illustrations in our materials. Attribution, if any, will be managed in alignment with privacy and confidentiality standards.

14. Evolving Nature of Project: You understand and acknowledge that this is an evolving project. Terms, methods, communication styles, and objectives may change or develop further over time, adapting to new insights and feedback.
