We are working to provide a life changing experience for north Mississippi students! We are looking to expand in the future, and we are currently cultivating a class of applicants meeting the following criteria:
- Graduating from high school during the 2023 - 2024 school year.
- Ability to commute to Water Valley, MS for classes.  This means the student either lives within commuting distance (50 miles) or has the ability to relocate to live within commuting distance. Base Camp Coding Academy does not cover the cost of housing for any students.

Students do not need to have any previous programming experience, and if selected, this program is 100% tuition-free for the student. We are looking for diverse, hard working students with a desire to learn and grow.

If possible, please nominate multiple students. We would really like these candidates to be as diverse as the student population at each school in terms of gender, race, ethnicity, LGBTQ, and other demographic information. To aid us in building a diverse candidate pool that reflects our community, we would like to encourage you to nominate multiple candidates.
