Please fill out the form to let us know what size T-Shirt your Junior student will need for the shirt.  We are asking that every performer purchases a t-shirt ($15 each) which they will wear for the show (and they get to keep afterwards as well!). If you would like to purchase additional shirts for family members/Friends, you are welcome to do so, but please mention this in the "Other" section of the form. You can pay for the shirt HERE.
