Adult registration for our weekly WSO  Centre of Excellence Community Hub Classes, In Partnership with UDO Academy Dubai and other external partners

Adult Street Fit - Delivered by UDO
A new Adult Street class for dancers of all abilities. Come and learn some fun and funky moves. Great for all abilities, this class will take you through the basics and give you the confidence to dance and keep you fit and smiling at the same time.



Adult Pilates - Delivered by Home Sweet Dance
PILATES AND STRETCH
Fletcher Pilates is a complete physical conditioning program, Supporting in maintain a healthy dancer's body. The emphasis on movement awareness and efficient body mechanics is key to improving posture, alignment, and overall body balance.
