If you are returning damaged or non-functioning technology please describe what the issue is. DPS policy allows for a possible $25 fee for any damaged units or missing parts under certain circumstances of misuse. Lost or stolen units can result in a $250 replacement fee. Significant damage that can not be fixed as a result of misuse will also result in a $250 fee.
