Buckeye Acres Permission Form
On October 12th K-3rd grades will go and on October 19th 4th-12th grades will go to Buckeye Acres, 91 NE 600 Rd Warrensburg, MO  64093  (660) 624-1054 to their Pumpkin Patch.  We will go on a hayride, through corn mazes, zipline and visit the farm animals.  We will depart Crest Ridge immediately following the end of the school day and return to school at 5:15.  Please fill out the form if you would like your student/students to be able to go along on the trip.
