Transportation Information
Please answer the following questions regarding your child's primary mode of transportation.

REMINDER: If your child's mode of transportation changes for any reason you will need to send a note or call the office before 2:30 pm.  If we do not have prior notification we will send your child home via their regular mode of transportation.  We do not accept verbal notifications from our students.  We must have parent permission by note or phone call.
