2022 "All Together Now" Bookstore consignment form

By filling out this form you agree to bring UP TO 10 copies of one book to be sold at the conference bookstore on consignment. You also agree to the following consignment terms.

Last Word (previously Books with a Past) will be the book seller for all consigned books. Last Word will keep 40% of the retail price and return 60% to the seller at the conclusion of the conference by check or PayPal on Saturday when you pickup your books. All consigners must pick up any unsold copies of their books at the conclusion of the conference on Saturday. Any remaining books that are left after the conclusion of the conference will be donated.
