This is a Reservation Request form. By filling out and submitting this form you are making a reservation with Camp McDowell for Family Camp and are subject to a cancelation fee if you withdraw your reservation. You will receive a Reservation Confirmation via email within 24 hours of submitting the form.

Reservation Terms
1. To comply with Alabama's Safer at Home order, all reservations must be compiled of members of the same
     household.

2. In accordance with Alabama's Safer at Home order, all parties from different households must remain at a 6-foot distance.  
                     
3. All recreational activities will be scheduled for your family to promote social distancing.  

4. All meeting areas are closed.

5. Due to health department and insurance policies, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON CAMP PROPERTY. Unfortunately, if they are present on campus, we will ask you to take them home immediately. It is your responsibility to convey this policy to all participants in your group.

6. All cancelations are subject to a fee of $150.00
