This form is only for the 2020-2021 school year starting May 3rd. This form is NOT for the 2021-2022 School year.

If you are already enrolled with Extended Care, you do not need to complete this form. Instead, check in with your Extended Care Coordinator and complete a change form with them.

You must register for at least 3 days. In addition, there is a $50 registration fee that will be applied to your account if you register for care whether you qualify for free care or not. There is no extra registration fee for multiple students in the same household. No drop-in care is available due to health & safety regulations.
