Applications received first will get priority consideration, but final decisions may take into account other factors (such as the availability of particular room configurations and participation balance among Carolina Friends School and the two local Meetings).

We’ll acknowledge receipt of the registration form and, as soon as possible, confirm participation status. We’ll create a wait list if we have more applicants than spaces.
