Quarterly Fitness Test for measuring the overall fitness of the PAX in addition to allowing the PAX to compare themselves over time.

The body must remain straight at ALL times. The 'up position' is the only authorized rest position. The body must form a 'T' shape when hands are released from the ground and arms extended outwards.
