備註事項：
1. 本會以收妥款項為確認預訂程序；
2. 技術部同事會致電確認收車時間，由於工作排序關係，收車時間可能會有所調動；
3. 以上收費包括兩程送遞服務，額外每程收費為$500元正；
4. 離島及偏遠地區需付港幣$150之額外收費(包括馬灣、東涌、機場等地區)；
5. 當八號烈風懸掛或黑色暴雨警告生效時，服務時間或會延遲；
6. *代辦續領車輛牌照及購買保險之費用不包括於以上收費；
7. 服務只適用於一般私家車，不適用於商用車輛；
8. 優惠不能兌換現金或其他產品，亦不可與其他優惠同時使用；
9. 收集個人資料聲明：此表格所收集閣下資料僅作本會內部記錄、會員服務和車輛代檢服務之用，
10. 如有任何爭議，香港汽車會保留最終決定權

2. Crossed Cheque
Please make payable to "HKAA", mark your name and contact number at the back of cheque. Send to us by post or in person to HKAA Wanchai Headquarter at Marsh Road, Wanchai Reclamation, Hong Kong. (Please mark "Pick-up Inspection Service" on the envelope)

Remarks:
1. The order will process upon receipt of payment, otherwise it will be pending;
2. HKAA staff will confirm the pick-up schedule with member;
3. The service charge included the inspection charges of Designated Car Testing Centre and point to point pickup & drop off service by HKAA team. We will charge HK$500 for extra point;
4. Additional $150 will be charged for those remote areas and outlying islands (including Ma Wan, Tung Chung, and Hong Kong International Airport...etc.);
5. The service will be delayed when typhoon signal No.8 or above is raised or a black rainstorm warning is hoisted. In this case, we will contact the member to reschedule the service;
6. Additional charges for other service is required;
7. The Service for private car only and not applicable to commercial vehicle.
8. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash and used in conjunction with any other promotions/ offers /coupons;
9. Data Collection Declaration: The information provided by you will only be used by HKAA for internal record and membership service.
10. In any case of disputes, the decision of HKAA is final and conclusive.
