2024 Oak Nature Day Camp Enrollment Application
Thank you for your interest in The Oak School's 2024 Nature Day Camp. Please see the camp flyer or TheOakSchool.org for details. Camp Dates: June 3rd - July 19th. 

Completion of this Application is not a guarantee of placement. Placement is on a space-available, first come first serve basis. We will stop accepting applications and deposit payments when Nature Day Camp has reached capacity. 

If space is available on your selected schedule(s), an Oak School administrator will contact you via email and send a link to our ELV Online Registration. Families will have 3 days to register with our ELV Online Registration before your space is forfeited and your deposit returned. The completed online ELV Registration and deposit hold your child's place for camp. 

No discounts or adjustments will be made for missed camp days. 

A Heath Statement and Immunization Record are required by May 16th, as well as any additional documentation of allergies, health needs, or accommodations. All health plans and accommodations are subject to review and approval by Oak's Nurse Consultant, Licensing Specialist, and Head of School. We recommend submitting these ASAP so we can ensure Oak is able to meet your child's needs. 

All campers must be fully toilet-trained (no diapers or pull-ups and independent in using the toilet). Families provide lunch and 1 snack (2 snacks for extended day), water bottle, and sunscreen. Nap gear will also be required for campers in the PS/PK programs.
