Annual membership in the Southern California Higher Education Recruitment Consortium (SoCal HERC) entitles participating campuses to unlimited job postings on www.hercjobs.org.  Members will receive recognition in all marketing efforts, and will have the opportunity to learn and share best practice strategies related to recruitment, retention and diversity for faculty and staff on the members-only HERConnect portal and at member events.

Membership Requirements:
• Be a WASC/ACCJC accredited institution, ACGME accredited teaching hospital, AIRI member research institute, or other similar accreditation.
• Be current with all membership fees. Membership payment must be received within 90 days of activation on the HERC Web site. Renewal payments must be received by July 1st. If payment is not received, member institution may be removed from the HERC sites and further HERC activities may be prohibited.
• Post and maintain accurate listings of academic and staff positions on the SoCal HERC Web site.  
• Promote marketing and membership development activities by displaying the HERC logo, promoting membership in HERC, etc.
• Be willing to participate on the Operations Committee and attend member events.

DATES OF SERVICE: July 1, 2023– June 30, 2024
Note: Memberships are billed annually
