If you have made the decision to access Prairie Rose provided at-home learning, please complete the form so we can plan accordingly. Someone will be in touch with you before the start of the school year to discuss learning objectives, logistics and expectations for at-home learning.  

Only register the names of students who WILL be participating in at-home learning. If you child is registered with a Prairie Rose school for in-person learning this fall, you DO NOT need to complete this form.

Note: At-home learning is education provided by Prairie Rose staff to students who will be expected to follow the full Alberta curriculum similar to classmates who are attending school. If you have further questions , please contact Camille Quinton at 403-878-2568.
