We’re opening up the Customer Service program to more Whatnot sellers! This enables sellers to handle specific request types directly with buyers who are having issues with their orders. We hope Customer Service will offer more efficient, direct issue resolution with buyers, greater visibility into the post-purchase experience of your buyers, and better trackability of buyer requests. As this feature is still in beta, we’re excited to have more sellers join the program early to share feedback and shape the future of the product.
