Registration Form for STACVS Parents Who Did Not Complete Previous Survey for Virtual School

The Peterborough Victoria Northumberland and Clarington (PVNC) Catholic District School Board will be offering a Kindergarten to Grade 12 virtual school for interested students for the 2021-2022 school year.

Registration for the virtual school previously closed April 11, 2021. However, the Ministry of Education has directed school boards to extend this period to June 1, 2021.

If you did not complete the survey, please do so now and by June 1, 2021.

As previously noted, enrolment in the virtual school will be for the entire school year; there will not be an opportunity to transition from virtual school to in-person learning or in-person learning to virtual school during the 2021-2022 school year.

Parents/guardians who do not wish to enroll their child into virtual school DO NOT have to complete this form.
