Welcome to ASD's Information Session Reservation Form for the 2020 - 2021 Admissions Process.  

We have completed all Information Sessions for this Admissions Season.  Please complete this form and we will send you the slideshow from the presentation.

In order to have a full understanding of the mission and academic program at the Academy for Science and Design, we strongly recommend that the applicant and one parent/guardian watch the slideshow presentation from the Information Session.  The Admissions Information Sessions provided the only opportunity for the applicant to visit the school during the application process.
