Brief Description of Research Project and What Participation Involves:

You are invited to take part in a research study in the Department of Education at the University of Roehampton. The study aims to further our understanding of how cultural perceptions of education can impact a student’s mental health. You will be asked to complete a series of questionnaires that should take you no longer than 30 minutes.


Questionnaires

You will be asked to complete some questionnaires that contain questions relating to your cultural position, academic stress and aspects of mood. Please note that the questionnaires are designed simply to look at the normal variations in aspects of mood and personality in the population.
 

All data gathered during this study will be held securely. You can withdraw from participation from the whole experiment or any part of it at any point without needing to justify your decision. You can also request for your data to be withdrawn at any time after participation in the study. In order to do this, please contact the investigator with your participant number. Please be aware, however, that data may still be used in a collated form.
