Since the founding of the Girls' Ultimate Movement (GUM), the GUM Blog has featured voices from girls, women, members of the LGBTQIA+ community and others telling stories about their experiences in ultimate and the impact the sport has had on their lives. Below are a few examples of general topics to help you brainstorm, but we strongly encourage you to share your unique voice and story.
