Delivery & Return note

1. Fill in the return form correctly so we can easily process your return.
2. Send your item(s) in their original packaging.
3. You can only return articles with the label attached.
3. Please also pack shoe boxes in a new box or bag, don’t put tape on the shoe box.
3. Send the package to our Head Quarters.
4. When we receive the package, we will make sure to process your refund as soon as possible.
