This award will be presented to an individual who has gone above and beyond in coaching newcomers to the sport, and to facilitate the continued the growth of rowing in British Columbia. The recipient of this award will be determined by the Rowing BC Awards & Recognition Task Force following a review of nominations by Rowing BC member clubs and associations.
