I am a social media coach and manager. I help mindful entrepreneurs align their business online through content creation, strategy, and mindfulness.
 
Before social media, I was a local yoga instructor and reiki practitioner. Guiding both men and women on the mat to find moments of stillness within their busy lives. 
 
Even though I have stopped teaching, the same principles that I have learnt through yoga and reiki are still reflected within my business today.
 
My mission is to be very real about social media. It's an amazing tool that brings so much joy and frustration all at the same time. I truly believe that balance and staying true to who you are is key when creating a business online. 
 
Together we create a strategy that is a reflection of who you are and your unique offerings.
 
I am here to support you when you are feeling defeated, push you outside of your comfort zone, and help take some of that social media weight off your shoulders.
