Summer Teen Volunteer Program
The Thomas Branigan Memorial Library invites local teens to apply as a Summer Teen Volunteer.
Gain valuable experience useful for college and work applications!
Spend part of your summer helping your community!
Work with a team to support literacy!

Teen Volunteers must:
Be between the ages of 13 and 18
Be able to commit to at least one 2 hour shift per week.
Be able to commit to 6-8 weeks of service between May 28th and July 31st.
Be able to attend an orientation program on May 27th 6pm-7pm.

Teen Volunteer duties will include:
Help staff at the summer reading tables - registering participants & handing out prizes to children and teens  
Provide assistance during Youth programs
Assist with preparations for events or programs
Other duties may also be assigned including organizing materials in the Children’s area and Teen room.


Application packets must be fully completed and are due on May 1st of 2021. You will be contacted for an interview and spots are limited.
