This form is to sign up to take the CERT training in Tooele County. It will be done in a hybrid way. There will be an online course part, an online discussion part, then a hand-on in person day on April 9th.

The CERT training is held in 3 parts. The first part is the course that you need to take online. It will need to be finished by April 1 so you are ready for the next part. It takes approximately 16 hours. We will send you the link when we receive this form. The second part is an online discussion that will be on Thursday April 7th at 7 pm. It will last about an hour to an hour and a half. The link will be sent later. Then the third part is the hands on Training day. It will be a full day so you will need to bring your own lunch, snacks, and water. You will not be CERT trained without this part.  Please wear clothes that are comfortable and can get dirty. And wear sturdy shoes. And dress accordingly for the weather outside because we will be doing some activity outside.
