●現在、生縄(きなわ)と、染め縄は赤縄のみ。カットのみの未処理縄は販売しておりません。Currently only natural colored ropes and dyed red ropes are available. Cut-only untreated ropes are not for sale.
●馬油仕上げ。ホホバオイルも時々混用。蜜蝋は仕上げに使用しております。Horse oil treatment. Jojoba oil is sometimes mixed in. Beeswax is used for finishing.
●ヴィーガンの方向けには、動物性原料を使用せず、ホホバオイルまたは椿油に、国産ライスブランオイル(米ぬか油)と国産ソイワックス(大豆蝋)といった天然植物性オイルで仕上げます。For vegans, the ropes are also finished with natural plant-based oils such as jojoba oil or camellia oil, Japanese rice bran oil, and Japanese soy wax, without animal ingredients.

●綿ロープは扱っておりません。We do not offer cotton rope.
●縄尻はコブ処理となります。The end of the rope is tied with a knot.
●仕上げは縒り強めの硬めとなっております。Kanna's basic finish is al dente, which is twisted well and a bit hard.
●出来上がった縄は黒めの黄金色が特徴です。Kanna's finished rope is characterized by a blackish golden color.
既製品ではなく、作り置きもせず、ご注文いただいた方に合わせて手作業で仕上げますので、完全受注生産となっております。
そのため、ご注文からお届けまでに、早くても1～2週間、遅くても1ヶ月程度のお時間は頂戴しております。
Kanna's ropes are individually hand-made just to your order rather than ready-made, it is custom-made to suit each customer's individual needs.
Therefore, please allow 1-2 weeks at the earliest and up to a month at the latest from the time of order to the time of delivery in Japan.
製作工程は、入荷した麻縄の状態次第で、都度異なります。
煮沸/天日干し/撚り戻し/油入れ/毛羽焼き/陰干しから、程度や回数を調整して仕上げていきます。
The production process varies depending on the condition of the jute rope.
The rope is finished by adjusting the degree and number of times it is boiled, dried in the sun, twisted back, oiled, burned the fluff, and dried in the shade.

お荷物は静岡県から、ヤマト運輸かゆうパックの着払いにて発送しております。
Items will be shipped only after payment is confirmed.
Your package will be shipped from Shizuoka Prefecture to Japan by Yamato Transport or Japan Post with cash on delivery. But international shipping is basically sent by Japan Post.
You will be informed by email when the rope is completed and the weight is determined.
We can't tell you the shipping fee in advance because the items will be weighed at post office. Therefore, rope and shipping charges may be paid separately.
Please check the rate and days here. (Please select Shizuoka as the prefecture. As an example, 10 ropes of 8 meters weigh about 1.7-1.8 kg. That means that 1 m weighs about 21.25 g.)

2023年10月ご注文分より、縄1本の本体価格(税別価格)に対して消費税率10%を適用しております。
From orders placed in October 2023, a consumption tax rate of 10% is applied to the main price (excluding tax) per rope.
海外発送の場合、手数料として10%の消費税相当額が商品代金に加算されます。
For international shipments, a 10% VAT equivalent will be added to the product costs as a handling fee.
*Customs duty and other taxes may be levied additionally when the shipment reaches your country. Please pay those costs directly to the delivery agents or the customs office.
基本的に、縄のみの簡易包装となりますので、明細や金額表示のあるもの・ゴミでバレるようなものは同梱いたしません。
Basically, we will use a simple wrapping of rope only, so we will not include any item with a detailed statement or price tag, or anything that could be revealed by garbage.
