May 18,2024 - Executive Board Meeting
MASC invites student leaders to attend the last executive board meeting for the 2023-2024 school year.   EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBERS need to RSVP to inform us of your attendance, whether you attending the board meeting or not, you will indicate that below.

Please note - this meeting will be live-streamed through Zoom.  If you cannot attend in person, but can attend virtually, please register using this link.

On-Site Check-in: 9:00-10:00 a.m.
Meeting Convenes: 10:00 a.m.
Meeting Adjourns: 3:00 p.m.
Registration fee: There is no fee 
Food: All attendees need to bring their lunch and a reusable water bottle

At this executive board meeting, MASC will share reports from our staff, officers, and regions as well as the state SMOB.  We will recognize our graduating seniors as well as meet the newly appointed staff for 2024-2025 that are being confirmed.  We will hear about the achievements of MASC this past year through a recap of  the President's State of the State Report. In addition, we will hear potential bids from schools/regions wishing to host the Fall Leadership Conference, Legislative Session, or Convention.  

NOTE:  All students are required to bring a signed emergency form to this in-person event.
Currently appointed staff/officers that submitted the multi-executive board emergency form are covered.
