Title IV, Part A is a flexible block grant that authorizes activities in three broad areas:
-Offering well-rounded educational experiences to all students;
-Activities which foster safe, healthy, supportive, and drug-free environments that support student academic achievement; and
-Increasing access to personalized, rigorous learning experiences supported by technology.
Wyoming received $6,326,558.25 in Title IV-A funds this year and $4,833,025.00 in Stronger Connections Grant funds. The majority of both of these grants was sub-granted to local school districts. Title IV-A state-level reservation of funds can be used for activities in the above categories. The Stronger Connections Grant provides for a state-level reservation of funds for activities that support safe and healthy students. Your participation in this survey will help guide the use of state-level funds for both of these grants. The survey will close on April 30, 2024.
