Description: This workshop is geared toward parents and will provide education in understanding what is childhood traumatic stress, including risk factors, symptoms, and ways in which parents can aide in supporting resilience. Additionally, this workshop will address the unique stressors due to COVID-19 and provide strategies in managing stress during this time.
