Dear Prospective Supporter:

The 21st Biennial Tuskegee National Alumni Association Convention will be held July 25-28, 2024, at Embassy Suites Conference Center in Montgomery, Alabama. The funds generated from this event will be utilized to support the scholarships for students who are enrolled at Tuskegee University. We are seeking community participation to achieve our goal. We appreciate your participation as a vendor.

This agreement is entered into as of the above date entered as Today's Date by the Tuskegee National Alumni Association (TNAA) and between the above vendor entered as Vendor Name.

I do hereby apply for vending space at the TNAA 21st Biennial Convention. I understand, acknowledge, and agree to be bound by the provisions and conditions set forth herein and as follows:
1. That at all times, vendor will confine its wares, and only sell its wares, to and at its assigned table space at the Convention. Vendors may arrive at 10:00 am to set up.
2. The vendor agrees to pay a vending fee of $200.00. All vendor fees are non-refundable. The vendor is responsible for the security of their sale items. TNAA will not supply security for vendor goods.
3. Nothing herein confers any rights upon or to Vendor except the right to display and sell its wares during the above period and at the assigned space.
4. Embassy Suites will provide one 8-foot table for the purpose of displaying vendor’s wares.
5. Vendor must provide table covering for the table.
