This form is for Maine craft artists interested in participating in the Craft Apprentice Program but who do not currently have an apprentice with whom to apply. By completing this form you:

1. Meet the CAP mentor artist criteria for the Maine Craft Association's Craft Apprentice Program (Primarily: excellent mastery of techniques and materials, working in accepted craft media, willingness to teach in your studio, Maine resident).
2. Consent to having your name and other information you provide posted publicly on the the mainecap.org website.
3. Welcome prospective CAP apprentice artists to contact you to discuss applying and participating in CAP together.
4. Understand that this form is for match-making only: you and an apprentice must apply by December 8, 2023 and be accepted to the program to participate.
5. Understand that this effort may not result in a match and is reliant on a prospective apprentice contacting your directly.
