Hello everyone! It is that time of the year again. We are currently looking for officers for the Fall 2023 semester. If you are interested in running for officer please select the role you would like to fulfill and provide a brief description why you believe this is the role for you. The candidates who submit an interest form will then be shared with peers to allow for votes to be casted. Please submit your interest form as soon as possible. Thank you!

Officer Positions *

President in Training: In this role you will be training side by side the current president. This role is training you to take on the role as President for the following semester or school year.

Vice President: Fulfills the duties of the president when the president is absent; performs duties assigned by the president. In charge of activities and overseeing events.

Secretary: Takes meeting minutes; maintains correspondence & attendance records. Keeps activity calendar and responsible for all sign-in sheets

Treasure: Establishes budget; records all financial transactions; gives status report at meetings, sets up fundraisers with the assistance of officers, inventories fundraising items and oversees fundraising activities.

Publicist/Historian: Maintains the Phi Alpha Board up to date, runs social media accounts, creates poster, flyers, and notifications regarding events, meetings, and organization announcements.

Community Outreach Representative: Connects with community resources to create events for volunteer, seminars, trainings, or collaboration. Updates the officers and members during meeting of any upcoming events or future collaborations.
