A: 這個工作坊將打破我們一些既有的動作觀念和慣性。Adesh 老師會分享他個人的瑜珈經驗並解說身、心和瑜珈體位法之間的關係。
在正位的基礎上學習瑜珈體位法,並保持心念穩定,明白如何呼吸 (對生命極為重要) 讓我們從體位法練習得到好處。
您將學到使用安全的方式練習,並且知道如何在體位法中做到舒適的停留,我們也將專注於如何避免受傷 (例如頸部、肩膀、下背、手腕,髖部和膝蓋) 並且指導各為如何減輕關節承受的壓力。
A- This workshop are a great way to break down certain concepts posture or theme.
In this workshop Adesh Teacher will share his personal experience about yoga, and he will explain the connection between body-mind and Yogasna, which is genral note for practitioner. Learn the yoga poses with alignment, and with stability of the mind, understand the how the breath ( which is very important for life ) helps us to bring the benefit through practice of asana.
This workshop you will know the safe way of practicing and how to make your body comfortable while doing the postures, also we will focus on the how to prevent the injuries ( such as on neck, shoulders, lower back, wrists, hips and knees injuries)and also teach how to reduce the pressure from your joints.
