Copper Hill PTO has created an online system to complete all the pertinent back to school forms.  If you choose to use the online system, we ask that you please follow the easy links below and submit them by no later than September 17, 2021.  Thank you!  

If you are unable to complete the forms online and would like a an emailed copy please email Copper Hill PTO at chptoenews@gmail.com.  Please include your child's name, grade and teacher in the email (only one per family needed).  You do NOT need to fill out the paper forms if you completed them online!
