Hello Cactus Wren Families! Please complete this form to register your child for the 2020-2021 school year.  A few things to note as we are not able to be face to face during this time to answer questions.

-If your child does not make the cut off for Kindergarten for the 2021-2022 school year they will not be allowed to register for Pre-K. This means if their 4th birthday is after August 31st, 2020 they will not be enrolled into Pre-K for this school year.
- If your child is a young 3 they should start their experience at Cactus Wren in the 2-Day class. This class is designed to give them an introduction to the classroom environment and meant for socializing amongst their peers.
-Please make your top 2 class selections for your child. You will be e-mailed a confirmation of your child's enrollment within 24 hours. This e-mail serves as your security that you are registered for the coming year.
-Should your first choice class fill up you will be placed in your second choice. You will also be placed on the waiting list for your first choice class. This information will be in your e-mail as well. Expect an email within 2 business days.
-Your Application fee of $50 will be collected via Electronic Invoice. You will receive an electronic invoice from Jennie Ambrose, our Financial Director, within 1-2 business days. Please pay that invoice within 48 hours of receipt so you can secure your spot for next year. If you don't pay your invoice within 48 hours your spot will be forfeited and we will move to the next person in line for your class. You will be placed on the waitlist.
-Your registration/application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Should you choose to not start the school year with us in August your $50 fee will not be returned to you.
-If your child has any exceptional needs that require additional support please note that in the space provided so that we may contact you to discuss  them with you further. It is imperative that we are able to meet your child's needs so they have a successful experience at Cactus Wren.
