KASSI Seed Guardian Survey

We are inviting community members to become Seed Guardians who will play a critical role in strengthening the Kingston region seed system in various ways, such as:
- Distributing open-pollinated seeds to their neighbours
- Sharing seed saving educational materials provided by KASSI and partners with their fellow gardeners and neighbours
- Growing plants from the open-pollinated seeds in the KASSI Living Seed Commons for their seeds. You need to have enough space to grow enough plants to preserve the genetic variation in the population with the appropriate isolation distances. KASSI will provide the open-pollinated seeds and coaching.
