John Black School Council Parent Engagement Evening:  The Door is Open - A Guide for Parents on Discussing Mental Health while Prioritizing Self-Care
Parents, guardians and caregivers are invited to a presentation at John Black on Tuesday, April 30th from 6:45-7:45 by Laura McDonald (she/her) Youth Engagement Facilitator, Mental Health Promotion and Education Services, CMHA Waterloo Wellington.  Topics covered include building resilience, setting boundaries, self-care and quick tips on managing stress.  Tips and strategies will be shared  as well as community resources and helpful handouts.
