This form is to help me form small groups of Lochside students that I pass along to ROMS for placements. I will ask for a list of 2-3 names of students from Lochside that you and your child think will help support the transition and first year at ROMS. The friends can be from any of the Grade 5 classes at Lochside. Please remember that this doesn't always mean their best friends - it should be friends that are supportive to your child's social/emotional, behavioural, and academic learning. Please keep in mind that Royal Oak makes the placements using information shared by the Lochside team (teachers, support staff, admin) and do their very best to place your child with one or two supportive peers. This form will remain open until Wednesday, April 10th.
