Requirements for President, Secretary, Treasurer, Public Relations Director, Volunteer Director, Worship Director, Activities Director:
- Member of a Hmong Baptist National Association Church
- Active in your local church (in any capacity)
- Over the age of 18
- Have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior (and Baptized)
- Commitment to serve for 2 years (end of Standing Stones Camp 2023 through end of Standing Stones Camp 2025)—non-compensated
- Willing to take work/school off for conference calls and retreats (typically Fri-Sun), and the whole duration of camp (typically Saturday–Saturday, 7 days)
- Present at Standing Stones Camp 2023
