2021 Hillcrest Church Vendor/Food Truck Information
EVENT DATE: JUNE 19, 2021 (OUTSIDE, SOCAILLY DISTANCE COMMUNITY EVENT)

EVENT TIME: SET UP 9AM; EVENT 10AM-3PM

BENEFITTING: THE HEALING HEARTS PROJECT, A LOCAL NON-PROFIT BENEFITTING LOCAL FAMILIES AFFECTED BY COGENITAL HEART DEFECTS. (https://www.thehealingheartsproject.org/)

WE WOULD BE HONORED IF YOU WOULD JOIN US FOR A GREAT OUTDOOR COMMUNITY EVENT.

REGISTRATION FEE MUST BE PROCESSED BEFORE A BUSINESS IS LISTED AS A VENDOR/FOOD TRUCK FOR THE EVENT.

FOOD TRUCKS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A RECENT FOOD INSPECTION BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, AN UP TO DATE CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE AND BY MAY 31ST.

DUE TO COVID, PLEASE PLAN TO BRING YOUR OWN TABLE/CHAIRS/ETC.  YOU MAY BRING A TENT.

THERE IS NO ACCESS TO ELECTRICITY AND THE ENTIRE EVENT IS OUTDOORS.

FOOD TRUCKS: $100 FEE
VENDORS: $20 FEE UNTIL MAY 31; $25 AFTER MAY 31
