"I am aware of the dangers of attending this event on this particular date. I hereby assume all risks of participating in the 2024 Crossfires in Athens event whether driving or any other event activities. I hereby waive and release all liability from the committee of the 2024 Crossfires in Athens event and the Ohio University Inn and promise not to hold the above parties liable or pursue legal action against them. This waiver absolves the the above parties of any duty for injuries or property damage sustained on the premises before, during, or after the event.

I agree to hold the 2024 Crossfires in Athens committee and Ohio University Inn completely harmless, including financial responsibility for any injuries or property damage sustained, regardless of the cause or circumstances.
