Tickets are first come first serve General Admission. Tickets will also be available at the door for $10 each.

Tickets will be disbursed to your student on Friday, May 13, 2022. Money is due and paid in full by Wednesday, May 11 at the time it is collected. If you have not paid for you tickets in full, your student will not receive the tickets and you will have to purchase tickets at the door at the event.

Instructions to order tickets:
1. Complete the form below
2. Send the money (Cash or Check) to the school with your son or daughter. Make checks payable to S.L.A.B. c/o MHS Baseball
3. Tell you son/daughter to give the money to their teacher.
4. Students will received the tickets on Friday, May 13. The tickets will be disbursed to your student after payment is made. This google form will generate all information necessary to process the ticket order, except the payment.

Note: This Google Form will generate a document to the Event Host and all information will be available to disburse tickets accordingly.
