Dear Earl Grey Senior Parent(s)/Guardian(s),

• Our single lunch period runs from 11:30 a.m. to 12:25 p.m.

  • A five-minute warning bell will ring outside both the front and back of the school to allow students time to:
    • Visit the washroom
    • Return to their lockers
    • Organize for the afternoon
    • Arrive at their classes on time

• All students are expected to be in their classes promptly after lunch, whether they leave school property or remain on campus.

• If your child’s lunchtime routine will involve leaving school property:

  • Please provide a note if this will be a regular occurrence.
  • If your child has your permission to decide daily, please indicate that they have permission to leave school property.

• Staff supervision is provided for students who remain on school property during lunch.

  • All students attending the supervised lunch period must follow the school’s guidelines for cafeteria and lunch routines.

• Students leaving school property:

  • Are expected to behave responsibly in the community.
  • Must clean up after themselves at Kempton Howard Park, which we share with our neighbors.

• Action Required:

  • Please complete the Google Form to confirm your preferences.
