At this point of the 2020-2021 school year, the Valley Unified Leadership Team would like your feedback regarding your child's recent remote learning experience.  The results from this questionnaire, along with input from students and teachers, will help guide our on-going planning as we prepare for various possible learning models depending on the spread or containment of COVID-19 in our region.

Please note that the committee recognizes you may have children in different grade clusters.  It will be essential to address each child as the results may vary.  Complete the survey for one child at a time.  At the end of your survey, you will have the opportunity to resubmit another survey for each of your other children.
