CAPI USA Fresh Produce Distribution Volunteer Electronic Registration and Waiver
Thank you for choosing to volunteer with CAPI USA. We are committed to protecting the health and safety of our community members while working hard to meet increasing community food needs due to the impact of COVID-19.

To volunteer with CAPI USA's fresh produce distribution, you must be 18 years of age or older (or accompanied by an adult over the age of 18); can not have traveled out of the state within the past 14 days; temperature is lower than 100.4 degrees; are not ill and/or exhibiting systems such as fever, cough, sore throat, chills, shortness of breath, muscle pain, new loss of taste or smell; and you have not been around anyone with previous symptoms or a positive test for COVID-19 or Influenza A and B.

Volunteers are asked to bring and wear a mask. Masks will be provided for those without one and protective gloves will also be provided. Volunteers are asked to wear closed-toe shoes.

The schedule of the event is as follows:

12:00 – 12:15pm – Volunteers arrive, volunteer orientation, task assignment

12:15 – 1:00pm – Pre-pack produce

1:00 – 2:00pm – Produce Distribution and Resource Fair

2:00 – 2:30pm – Produce Distribution (2nd time through the line)

2:30 – 3:00pm – Take down, clean up
