This means that in order to continuously provide 24/7 access and outstanding pediatric care we limit the number of patients we register per month as well as the total number of patients per board-certified pediatrician. We appreciate your understanding and invite you to join our waiting list by completing this form.

A $100 non-refundable registration fee will be collected to reserve your spot on the waiting list.

The registration fee locks you in our current pricing tiers, meaning that you will not be subject to any increases should the membership fees change when we are ready to add your family to our practice.

1. You will be scheduled for a virtual meet & greet (if not already done)
