Our Valentines Day Classroom Parties will be on Friday, February 10. Please fill out this form to let us know what item you plan on sending in for the party. (One form per student, please.)

1st: None
2nd: No red dye
3rd: None
4th: No milk or kiwi
5th: No peanuts
6th: No dairy, apples, pears, gluten, or nuts
