MWTA 2023/24 JUNIOR REP EVENTS - CODE OF CONDUCT FORM (12 BOYS DEV OFFICIALS)
ALL OFFICIALS PARTICIPATING AT ANY EVENT REPRESENTING MANLY WARRINGAH TOUCH ASSOCIATION (MWTA / MANLY TOUCH) ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THIS FORM PRIOR TO PARTICIPATING IN YOUR FIRST EVENT FOR MANLY TOUCH FOR THE 2023/24 SEASON

• The conditions within this document apply to all officials attending any tournament, gala day or event whilst representing MWTA - including within any accommodations provided by MWTA, as well as any conduct that poorly reflects on MWTA whilst travelling to, from or during an event

• In the case where an official has been found to have breached the Code of Conduct, that person will automatically be suspended from partaking in the tournament and possible future events which Manly Touch participate in

• In any situation that warrants the official being removed from the tournament or gala day, the cost of that official being returned to the official’s home address will be met by the individual

• By registering to participate in the sport of Touch Football at a NSWTA event you are acknowledging that during your participation in the event you will demonstrate respectful behaviour at all times. You are also acknowledging that you are bound by the Touch Football Australia and NSWTA Code of Conduct, NSWTA Disciplinary Policy and the Disciplinary Regulations. As such for any breaches you are liable to the penalties and sanctions available to the NSWTA via the Constitution, the NSWTA Disciplinary Policy and the Disciplinary Regulations.

THE MWTA JUNIOR REPRESENTATIVE DIRECTOR WILL INVESTIGATE ANY REPORTS OF A BREACH OF THIS CODE. IF PROVEN, STRONG ACTION WILL BE TAKEN BY MANLY TOUCH.
