Varsity Fall Sports Sign Ups 2024-25
Current 8th-11th graders: Please complete the following information if you are interested in participating in a fall sport for the 2024-25 school year.  You will need to submit a new sports physical packet for the 2024-2025 school year that is dated on or after May 1, 2024.

Submit Fall Sports Paperwork by the Following Deadlines
Football - July 29, 2024
All Other Sports - August 5, 2024

Please mail or submit physical forms to the HS main office. Office hours are Monday – Thursday, 7 am-4 pm. Do not submit paperwork to coaches.
